Privacy policy

The short version

Your answers stay in your browser. Everything you type into the deadline calculator, the quiz, and the packet builder is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not receive, store, or see your tax details, your notice information, or your draft letter. Nothing you type is uploaded to our servers.

What we do collect

• Purchase verification: when you buy the packet, Stripe processes your payment. We ask Stripe's servers whether a given checkout session is paid — we never see your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment.
• Basic technical logs: like any website, our hosting provider may log standard technical data (such as IP addresses and request times) for security and reliability. We do not use this to profile you.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect your name, address, Social Insurance Number, or tax details.
• We do not use advertising trackers or sell data — there is nothing to sell.

Your browser storage

The packet builder saves a draft of your letter in your browser's local storage so you can leave and come back. To erase it, clear your browser's site data for nyphron.com. Your purchase reference is also stored there so the builder can re-verify it with Stripe on each visit.
